YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of cable wiring diagrams for converter systems in light rail vehicles.
  • Interpret electrical circuit diagrams with support from senior engineers.
  • Design electrical circuits using Zuken E3, in accordance with established templates and engineering standards.
  • Perform cable loss calculations with guidance from the power electronics team.
  • Support the development of wire harnesses, including documentation and system integration.
  • Prepare cable assembly instructions for production based on engineering input.
  • Participate in pre‑production engineering activities, including prototype builds and testing.
  • Support the compilation of converter assembly instructions and ensure clarity for manufacturing teams.
  • Contribute to operation manuals and other technical documentation.
  • Assist with life‑cycle cost calculations in cooperation with engineering and project management teams.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed technical education (Technician, Technologist, or equivalent).
  • Initial experience or a strong interest in electrical systems and power electronics.
  • Familiarity with Zuken E3 or willingness to learn the tool.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented approach and motivation to develop in a collaborative environment.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication skills in German as a plus.
