In Poland, Stadler operates several specialized facilities focused on the production of both individual components and complete rail vehicles, as well as their maintenance and servicing.
Stadler has recently decided to expand its power converter factory. The facility will supply converters to Stadler's production sites worldwide, as well as to external customers.
Support RAMS and LCC activities for power converter systems across various project phases.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of RAMS-related documentation (e.g., basic FMEA/FMECA, reliability data, failure statistics, cost models).
Contribute to Life Cycle Cost (LCC) calculations and technical evaluations.
Support risk and failure analyses under the guidance of senior RAMS engineers.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
Gradually build knowledge of railway standards, processes, and certification requirements.
Participate in the continuous improvement of RAMS/LCC methods and tools
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
Initial exposure to RAM, reliability, safety, or systems engineering is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Interest in railway systems, power electronics, or complex technical products.
Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work.
Willingness to learn new methods, standards, and tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in English.
Good communication skills in German as a plus.
