YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support RAMS and LCC activities for power converter systems across various project phases.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of RAMS-related documentation (e.g., basic FMEA/FMECA, reliability data, failure statistics, cost models).
  • Contribute to Life Cycle Cost (LCC) calculations and technical evaluations.
  • Support risk and failure analyses under the guidance of senior RAMS engineers.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
  • Gradually build knowledge of railway standards, processes, and certification requirements.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of RAMS/LCC methods and tools

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
  • Initial exposure to RAM, reliability, safety, or systems engineering is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Interest in railway systems, power electronics, or complex technical products.
  • Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work.
  • Willingness to learn new methods, standards, and tools.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good communication skills in German as a plus.
