YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis of product cost structures, including material, logistics, manufacturing and testing, focusing on electronics and electrical modules.
- Develop and maintain the Cost Element Structure. Identify everything in the cost scope.
- Collect and monitor data. Collect and monitor data, manage risks, identify contingency plans if necessary, control changes and communication.
- Develop cost estimating relationships. Use cost data to create formulas and equations that are entered into the cost model.
- Follow the estimating life cycle in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
- Critically examine the selection of materials and components and propose alternatives.
- Examine and/or revise manufacturing and logistics processes, procedures and work instructions.
- Create and put in place the rules for recording and reporting costs.
- Measure and report on progress regularly.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in cost engineering, cost estimating, planning, scheduling and other areas of project controls in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems. Familiarity with power electronics is advantageous.
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and business partners.
- English level C1/C2.
