YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, update, edit, and verify technical documentation in English (optionally also in Polish), including operating manuals, assembly instructions, technical specifications, and other technical materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality, and service teams to gather technical information.
- Edit and structure content in accordance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, EN) and internal quality requirements.
- Participate in documentation reviews and implement corrections.
- Contribute to development and optimization initiatives related to technical documentation.
- Manage the entire document lifecycle: revision creation, numbering, permission management, and initiation of review/approval workflows.
- Maintain document control processes and ensure traceability by archiving superseded revisions.
- Support internal procurement activities by providing documentation‑related input and enforcing corporate design guidelines.
- Contribute proactively to continuous improvement of documentation workflows, tools, and standards.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to read, understand, and create technically precise documents.
- Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level) with excellent technical writing ability; formal and precise style required.
- Fluency in Polish.
- Experience with technical documentation (preferably in electronics or mechatronics).
- Knowledge of technical documentation standards and norms for documentation creation.
- Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Journalism or a related field.
- German is considered an advantage.
