In Poland, Stadler operates several specialized facilities focused on the production of both individual components and complete rail vehicles, as well as their maintenance and servicing.

Stadler has recently decided to expand its power converter factory. The facility will supply converters to Stadler's production sites worldwide, as well as to external customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coordinate RAMS activities for power converter systems throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain RAMS documentation (FMEAs, FMEDAs, hazard logs, safety cases, etc.).
  • Support certification processes in accordance with applicable railway standards.
  • Interface with external assessors, notified bodies, and certification authorities.
  • Perform risk assessments, define mitigation strategies, and monitor their implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure compliance with functional safety requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RAMS methodologies, tools, and processes within the converter domain.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in RAMS engineering or certification within an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of power electronics; experience in railway systems or rolling stock is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • German is considered an advantage.
