IT Service Management System Controller
80-100% (job sharing possible), hub locations and home office, start date: 01.01.2026

How you make a difference
- In this role, you develop process-oriented culture and governance in an increasingly agile environment.
- You take a holistic view of analysing, coordinating and optimizing IT service processes and their internal and external interfaces.
- You support process owners, management and specialist units with the continuous improvement of processes.
- You are responsible for the further development of I/T's service management system (SMS) and for ensuring ISO 20000 certification.
- You are also responsible for the technical management of a small team as well as a virtual community in the Service Management unit.
- In close coordination with the IT strategy and management systems for information security and business continuity, you are responsible for key performance indicator measurement, maturity level measurement and reporting.
What you have to offer
- You have a degree in informatics, business informatics, business administration or equivalent advanced training.
- Your professional background includes experience with ISO standards, process management and agile frameworks such as SAFe.
- Thanks to your experience working in major corporations, you are familiar with complex decision-making processes and have strong communication skills.
- You are open to new ideas, take the initiative and ideally have experience in a consulting environment.
- You are comfortable in a dynamic IT environment and enjoy tackling organizational challenges.
- You are able to persuade managers and process managers of the benefits of the management system as well as support them effectively in their roles.
- You also have an excellent command of German and English.
The team day takes place once a week in Bern.
We offer a fair salary of between CHF 130'400 - 145'400 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
