How you make a difference
- As Senior Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a servant leader, strengthen their self-organization and encourage them to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles.
- You motivate the teams to continuously improve and help to clear obstacles out of the way.
- With other scrum masters and release train engineers, you develop new ideas and improve collaboration within the organization with the help of our internal community.
- Together with our agile coaches, you shape an environment that enables the teams to focus on delivering beneficial results and continue to develop.
- You develop a sense for the teams' specialist and technical challenges and support them along the way.
What you have to offer
- You have several years of practical experience as a scrum master in agile teams and organizations; knowledge of SAFe is an advantage.
- As a team player with strong communication skills, empathy and a good feel for people, you recognize what the teams need.
- Thanks to your flexibility, individual responsibility and solution-oriented approach, you strike the perfect balance between methodological stability and pragmatism.
- Your coordination skills, global perspective and ability to communicate respectfully set you apart.
- You have a good written and spoken command of German and good proficiency in English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 102'000 - 117'000 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
