CX and Data Specialist
50-100% (job sharing possible), Bern or Zurich and home office
You help us gain extra drive and enthusiasm for the CX and Data Office in Logistics Services. We ensure that synergies are harnessed and efficient, pragmatic solutions are implemented. You offer fresh ideas, strong analytical skills and a structured mindset to take customer experience and data man-agement at Swiss Post Group's largest unit to the next level. Become part of a dynamic team that develops data-driven solutions for an optimum customer experience and actively helps to shape digitization.
How you make a difference
- You are jointly responsible in a team of specialists for customer and data topics, coordinating and advising on CX and Data projects in Logistics Services, as well as specialist management for selected applications/specialist topics.
- You maintain an aggregated view of the unit's CX and Data projects and, together with specialists, you identify untapped synergy potential and opportunities for implementing the CX and Data strategy.
- You develop options for action and proposed solutions and prepare top management decisions.
- You take on (sub-)project management or actively contribute to cross-team and cross-unit projects.
- You identify consulting and support needs within the unit, analyse requests, refer them to the appropriate contacts and coordinate the procurement of external services.
- You manage our team's portfolio, support the prioritization/planning of projects and contribute to budget planning.
- If interested, you can mentor an apprentice (digital business developer) as a vocational trainer.
What you have to offer
- You have a higher education qualification (higher technical school, university of applied sciences, university, federal institute of technology) or you are undergoing advanced training while working, ideally in business informatics, business administration, customer experience management or a related area.
- You have several years of professional experience and are used to working in agile and/or matrix organizations. You are familiar with all stages of a project and you ideally have experience in project management and managing a portfolio of orders or projects.
- You have already gained experience in optimizing and developing customer experience, business processes or data flows.
- You work in a structured manner, identify synergies and come up with creative, pragmatic solutions to complex issues. You can communicate your ideas clearly and convincingly, including at management level.
- You act in an entrepreneurial manner, always keeping costs and impact in mind, setting priorities and developing pragmatic solutions that can be developed step by step in line with market dynamics.
- You navigate confidently between specialist units, IT and external partners, and you enjoy cultivating your network.
- You have a very good written and spoken command of German. Knowledge of another national language and English is a plus.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 108'200-123'200 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
