HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Management, development and representation of Stadler Service in the North American market
- Responsibility for the successful conclusion, implementation and fulfilment of service contracts
- Responsibility for budget planning, monitoring and results
- Introduction and implementation of suitable measures for permanent optimisation
- Strategic and operative planning, training and management for of our 20 employees
- Promoting the exchange of information with other departments and locations within the Stadler Group
- Contribute actively to, and comply with the guidelines regarding safety, quality and profitability of our activities
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Higher education in industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent
- First experience in rail vehicle industry or maintenance preferred
- Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in leadership and contract management
- Independent, structured working method and able to successfully negotiate and align with customers, suppliers and peers within the Stadler Rail Group
- Team player with positive attitude, high motivation and willingness to learn
- Presentation, analytical and planning skills are essential
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
