Digital Employee Experience Manager

How you make a difference
- You develop and establish user-centric “personas” in the digital workplace based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of needs, behaviours and motivation.
- You shape the digital employee journey from onboarding to offboarding based on data, identify pain points, develop solutions and continuously optimize critical touchpoints to create a good employee experience.
- You analyse the digital user experience of our employees with the help of feedback and digital tools and, based on this, develop targeted improvements for an effective and user-friendly digital workplace. You use data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously propose improvements.
- Together with internal specialists, you identify and analyse critical points relating to the digital employee experience and develop services to sustainably improve them.
- In close cooperation with IT, HR and other units, you ensure the appropriate implementation of digital solutions, provide well-founded recommendations and involve yourself actively in projects.
- You ensure that communication with users of digital services is clear, understandable and appropriate to the target group.
What you have to offer
- You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics or a similar qualification with proven experience in customer/user experience management, digital transformation and project management.
- Your expertise in quantitative and qualitative user research and in usability enables you to develop precise, data-based and relevant personas and journeys.
- Agile working, a structured approach and data-based decisions are part of your everyday working life.
- Your ability to grasp things quickly helps you to understand complex relationships and find creative solutions.
- You win over stakeholders at all levels with your clear and persuasive communication and you feel comfortable at the interface between business and IT.
- You have a good spoken and written command of German and French and good proficiency in English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 113'000- 128'000 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
