As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cyber security management system. An expert in Operational Technology (OT), you will ensure the secure design and deployment of safety-critical advanced rail signaling systems and collaborate with project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of cybersecurity excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Activities
• Responsible for the application of the TS 50701 and IEC 62443 standards in the development of the new Signaling Solutions installed onboard and/or wayside.
• Develop and maintain key security documentation such as Cybersecurity Management Plan, Threat Landscape, Zones and Conduits Definition, Threat/Risk Analysis (TRA), Security Requirements & Compensating Controls, Security Test Plans and Reports, etc.
• Participate in the system architecture and design process alongside experts in homologation, SW/HW development, system testing and network engineering
• Guide security-by-design practices across all stages of system development, from the Sales & Bid phase to validation.
• Provide cybersecurity input to RFPs, proposals, and customer meetings.
• Define scope, risk exposure, and mitigation plans related to cyber risk in early project phases.
• Act as a cybersecurity focal point across teams (engineering, testing, compliance, quality)
• Interface with customers, government agencies, suppliers, and assessors to align security practices, clarify responsibilities, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.• 5+ years of relevant in the cyber security field; rail industry experience is a plus.
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert
