working student Quality & Sustainability Office 20–40%

We are looking for a motivated student (from the 3rd semester onwards) to support our Ticino region in process engineering, sustainability and quality management.
This role is approx. 20-40% during the semester, with the option to increase up to 100% during vacation periods.
You will work closely with a senior team member leading process transformation in the region.

Your tasks

• Support process transformation and performance improvement initiatives
• Support public tenders with sustainability & regulatory documentation (e.g. CSR reporting)
• Assist in CSR & sustainability reporting
• Maintain and develop the process landscape and documents in DMS
• Handle internal quality & environmental inquiries
• Track audit findings and follow-up actions
• During vacation periods: contribute to improvement projects (e.g. AI, process optimisation, sustainability initiatives)

Your profile

• Enrolled student (min. 3rd semester) in business, sustainability, engineering or similar
• Native Italian skills, English mandatory, German or French advantage
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Familiar with AI tools to work efficiently
• Interest in sustainability, quality and transformation
• EFZ or technical background is a plus
