Epic Owner

Become part of a motivated team of Epic Owners, coaches, scrum masters and project managers. As Epic Owner, you take responsibility for important projects – at portfolio or feature level – and ensure that they are implemented in line with agile principles. You help us drive forward the development of our organization!
How you make a difference
- You are responsible for the entire epic life cycle (at portfolio or feature level). You ensure successful implementation by embracing agile principles such as self-organization and iterative working.
- Special focus is placed on customer benefits – you define the vision and business value accordingly.
- You ensure that epics are given the necessary priority in the responsible official bodies and you coordinate with decision-makers and other Epic Owners.
- In close cooperation with product managers, product owners and other relevant roles, you structure epics and break them down into features and stories.
- You also take on tasks such as budgetary control and risk management in relation to epics.
What you have to offer
- You have a degree in economics, IT, project management or a comparable qualification.
- Your project management experience in an agile environment sets you apart, and you can specifically apply frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum and Kanban in practice.
- Your strengths include a high level of independence, adaptability and willingness to learn, complemented by strong problem analysis and solving skills.
- You have outstanding communication and presentation skills, and you succeed in inspiring and motivating people.
- You have a good spoken and written command of German and/or French and good proficiency in English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 113'300 - 128'300 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
