HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
•Conduct RAM analysis on service center equipment and systems to identify failure modes and improve performance.
•Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
•Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and recommend corrective actions.
•Collaborate with design, operations, and maintenance teams to improve system uptime and reduce downtime.
•Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and system availability.
•Support FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) processes.
•Maintain RAM models and documentation for all critical systems.
•Provide technical support for troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean projects
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.•2- 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in a service or maintenance environment.
•Strong knowledge of RAM tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCM, RCFA, Weibull analysis, etc.).
•Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar).
•Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CRE) is a plus.
•Experience in service center operations or field service engineering.
•Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
•Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
