HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Quality Assurance Document Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate collection, control, and maintenance of all documentation associated with the Vehicle History Book (VHB), including manufacturing, final assembly, testing, and quality records. This responsibility ensures compliance with internal quality standards as well as specific customer requirements.

Key Activities
• Collect, review, and ensure internal and external Vehicle History Book (VHB) documentation meets quality standards and company guidelines.
• File approved documents in the VHB.
• Support in the development of the project VHB Table of Contents.
• Tracking and processing document issues and assisting with resolution throughout each department involved.
• Support Quality Managers in the delivery and acceptance of the VHB.
• Provide guidance and training to all stakeholders on the requirements of the VHB.
• Maintain physical and digital copies of all Vehicle History Book documentation.
• Maintain document control metrics and prepare periodic reports for Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in quality documentation or a similar role
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective organizational skills are required
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Fluent in English, basic German language skills are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
