IT Business Analyst & Requirements Engineer
80-100%, Bern and home office
Would you like to work where business requirements, technical solutions and agile thinking come together? In our DevOps environment, you'll analyse complex relationships, structure requirements and develop sustainable IT solutions together with the team. You ensure we have a technically savvy colleague who will drive our ITservices forward and provide new impetus for projects.
How you make a difference
- You support agile projects from requirements engineering to successful go-live and ensure the link between business and ICT.
- You analyse and document business needs in a structured manner and transform them into clear, technically sound system requirements.
- You develop technical concepts, conduct feasibility studies and support implementation with suitable quality measures.
- As a service owner, you are responsible for the life cycle of your IT service and ensure its continuous ongoing development.
- You coordinate internal departments and external solution providers and ensure smooth coordination of technical topics.
- You contribute technical understanding to make complex relationships comprehensible and to develop viable solutions.
- You support the DevOps team with budgeting, check supplier performance and ensure transparency with regard to costs and capacities.
What you have to offer
- You are a communicative, initiative-taking person with a high level of customer focus and you enjoy working with various stakeholders.
- You have basic or advanced training in the field of informatics or business informatics; certifications such as IREB (CPRE) are an advantage.
- Experience as a business analyst and/or requirements engineer makes it easier for you to get started.
- You have a solid technical understanding – particularly with regard to interfaces, data flows and system architectures.
- An agile mindset and strong methodological skills will help you to take a structured approach to requirements and to prioritize them realistically.
- You feel comfortable talking to technical and specialist stakeholders and can formulate complex topics clearly.
- You have a good written and spoken command of German, have proficiency in French and ideally good proficiency in English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 110'000 - 125'000 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
