Your tasks
As a Railcar Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance of passenger rail vehicles, and their components, based on specifications stages. You will ensure that all quality requirements and specifications are met in a timely manner. - Repair of rail vehicles and their components based on specifications (assembly technology, drawings)
- Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures
- Perform inspections, based on instructions, to ensure the standards are met
- Maintenance of equipment according to maintenance specifications
- Annotate inventory usage in the performance of periodic maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Adhere to set deadlines
Your profile
- High school diploma/GED and vocational training in related field
- Mechanical and structural assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hand tools
- Quick comprehension, with a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, flexible, resilient, and responsible, with a structured work ethic
