Your responsibilities

  • Teaching 6-8 hours per week in the fields of individual differences and personality psychology as well as psychological assessment.
  • Applicants are expected to represent the field in their respective areas of expertise in teaching and research.
  • Supervising bachelor's and master's theses.
  • Research on issues of individual differences and/or experimental personality psychology, preferably involving psychophysiological methods.
  • Participation in university self-administration.
  • The successful candidate is expected to be able to teach in German by the end of the tenure track.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree and PhD in psychology, preferably in individual differences or personality psychology or in psychological assessment.
  • Suitability for university teaching, demonstrated by relevant further training and/or positive teaching evaluations.
  • Experience in teaching individual differences and personnality psychology as well as psychological assessment (previous teaching experience in psychological assessment and report writing is particularly advantageous).
  • Excellent expertise in individual differences and personality psychology as well as psychological assessment methods (including research and publication activities).
