- Cross-location project management for sales projects in the Service Division
- Close co-operation with the vehicle sales team on tenders that take into account vehicle purchase and their long-term maintenance.
- Responsible for the preparation of customer quotations (in particular coordination of quotation team & work packages, quotation & time planning, progress checks, quality assurance of quotation documents)
- Analysing the contractual terms requested by the customer. Recognising the associated risks and proposing mitigation solutions by suggesting adjustments to the contractual terms.
- Cooperation with external service providers (consultants, lawyers, etc.)
- Preparation and active participation in sales meetings with management
- Collaboration on process optimisation
How you will contribute
- Technical degree with further education (FH, equivalent, or higher)
- Experience in project management, team leadership and/or management responsibility is an advantage
- Core competences in business administration, commercial matters
- Strong ability to coordinate the various departments along the value chain and create harmonious interaction
- Team player
- Industry experience in the area of total solutions for complex services
- Understands maintenance concepts and knows how to apply them in the area of maintenance solutions for train fleets (or similar means of passenger transport)
- Has experience with service tenders and the awarding of contracts, understands their interrelationships and can recognise and assess risks
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken); business fluent
- Other languages of significant advantage

- High flexibility in terms of operational readiness, especially during the bid submission period
- Willingness to travel
