How you can make an impact
Lead bid process for signaling refits from opportunity identification to proposal submission
Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially ETCS/ERTMS modernizations and further signaling solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales and management
Support the sales team with standardized solutions
Continuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with sales team and implement customer needs in innovative products
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives
Represent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationship
Evaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales team
Train Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard marketing and sales material like product descriptions, offer templates etc.
How you will contribute
Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economics
Professional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management and/or service
Experience/further training in product management
Experience in railway is seen as a big plus
Open and communicative
Independent working style, analytical ability and willingness to make a move forward
Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel across Europe (20%)
