How you can make an impact
Planning, coordinating and executing the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in 23 countries, mainly in Europe
Close collaboration with the local teams to understand and implement the requirements and needs of the respective country organisations
Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
Training employees in the various subsidiaries in the use of SAP SuccessFactors
Continuous optimisation and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors system
How you will contribute
Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or (business) informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the area of human resources, SAP SuccessFactors and in international project management
Very good knowledge of the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills an advantage
About us
On 1 January 2025, Stadler successfully rolled out SAP SuccessFactors at its Swiss locations in accordance with the global template. The next step is the rollout in the other countries according to a predefined project plan. We are looking for a doer who will roll out, support and implement this project on the HR side.
