How you can make an impact

  • Planning, coordinating and executing the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in 23 countries, mainly in Europe
  • Close collaboration with the local teams to understand and implement the requirements and needs of the respective country organisations
  • Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
  • Training employees in the various subsidiaries in the use of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Continuous optimisation and further development of the SAP SuccessFactors system

How you will contribute

  • Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or (business) informatics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of human resources, SAP SuccessFactors and in international project management
  • Very good knowledge of the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills an advantage

About us

On 1 January 2025, Stadler successfully rolled out SAP SuccessFactors at its Swiss locations in accordance with the global template. The next step is the rollout in the other countries according to a predefined project plan. We are looking for a doer who will roll out, support and implement this project on the HR side.
