Your tasks

We are seeking a project controller to oversee a wide area of financial topics in our company. As the project controller, you will be reporting to both the country manager as well as the CFO of Stadler US Inc. You are expected to ensure accurate and timely reporting, to own the forecasting and budgeting process as well as ensure compliance to financial regulations.

Your profound financial expertise, analytical mindset and problem solving skills will contribute to our overall performance.

Key Activities
• Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to two Divisions. Give advice to keep financial KPI's in check to management.
• P&L and Balance sheet analysis: Analyze revenue, costs as well as capital allocation and discuss your findings with location manager, country manager and division manager.
• Forecasting: Take the lead in quarterly forecasting to Divisions
• Budgeting: Own the budget process and support the different locations in creating their budgets
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable accounting standard

Your profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Auditing, Economics or related fields preferred
• Experience in similar roles in finance / controlling
• Strong understanding of accounting
• Hands-on mentality
• Proven problem-solving skills
• High expectations to yourself in delivering quality and meeting deadlines
