As an SAP Master Data Leader (focus Business Partner), you will be responsible for the central creation, maintenance, and data quality of critical master data within our SAP system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Production, Quality and Finance - to ensure accurate and consistent data that supports efficient operations across the organization

• Building and managing a master data team.
• Implement and enforce master data governance standards, procedures, and best practices across business units
• Create, maintain, and validate the business partners (vendors and customers) master data records in SAP and iValua
• Validate specific data with third parties
• Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities according to the Group's guidelines to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and data owners to define data requirements, quality metrics, and governance policies
• Support SAP data migration, transformation, and integration efforts during system implementations or upgrades
• Monitor data quality KPIs and create reports to highlight issues and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in projects and change management activities related to data enhancements and system improvements
• Provide training and support to end users on data standards

JAKI MOŻE BYĆ TWÓJ WKŁAD

Proficient in Master Data Management (MDM) with a focus on Business Partner data,
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, preferred S/4HANA,
Expertise in Data Governance & Quality Assurance,
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams,
Experience in similar position (team leader, project manager),
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or other data analysis tools),
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
English, Polish -fluent, Russian - basic.
