As a Marketing and Events Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Our ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time in-office/in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
• Create compelling content for email marketing, social media, intranet, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, registration, and on-site support.
• Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.
• Support with special marketing projects
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.• 0-2 years of experience in marketing and/or event planning.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CapCut, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends on event days.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
