QUALIFICATIONS
• Responsible for maintaining the Sales Database, ensuring the pipeline data is up-to-date, accurate, and opportunities stay in accordance with the Global Sales Process (GSP).
• Assists the Head of Sales implement short-term and long-term market strategies as identified in the strategic plan by coordinating, communicating, and aligning cross-departmentally at Stadler.
• Pro-actively recognizes and executes improvement opportunities and additions to the strategic plan.
• Prepares content and attends the weekly and monthly sales meetings, proposal team meetings, and other customer-facing meetings as determined by the Head of Sales.
• Assigns resulting action items or responsibilities to project team members as applicable.
• Tracks, qualifies, and funnels leads to the appropriate sales director. Communicates and follows-up with customers in the lead stage by answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
• Keeps up with Stadler product and service information and updates and is able to explain to customers in email. Stays informed about competing products and services.
• Coordinates with Marketing and executives to ensure STAUS' smooth and successful participation in conferences and events.
• Maintains membership database and assists with preparing and executing conference participation.
• Coordinates with bid team to assist with bid preparation and customer communication.
• Coordinates and executes special sales and proposal projects as directed by the Head of Sales.
