Your tasks

As a Final Assembly Foreman, you are responsible for overseeing the final assembly process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the final assembly team to complete production of high-quality products in a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies to improve assembly processes and increase efficiency
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are free of defects
• Train and mentor assembly team members to ensure they are following proper procedures and techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure necessary materials are available for production
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all assembly team members
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to identify and resolve production issues
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production progress and performance
• Attend meetings with management to discuss production goals and strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Your profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
