Senior Business Analyst

How you make a difference

  • You analyse, optimize and assume responsibility for business processes in IT support, ensuring that they are efficient and fit for the future.  
  • As a Senior Business Analyst, you provide support and assistance with the ongoing development of processes and are directly involved in operational activities. 
  • You drive the digitization of Field Service, Service Desk and Logistic Point forward, take responsibility for new initiatives and actively help to shape the transformation.  
  • You are fully committed to customer service and you represent IT support on various committees. 
  • You lead process improvement initiatives independently and support management with in-depth analysis and practical recommendations for action.  
  • You identify potential for improvement at an early stage and implement innovative approaches that allow incident management and request fulfilment processes to respond flexibly to new requirements.  

What you have to offer

  • You have a degree in IT, business informatics or equivalent advanced training, as well as several years of experience as a business analyst and in IT support, allowing you to competently overcome the day-to-day challenges you face. 
  • You are willing to travel to the various locations in Switzerland on a regular basis and collaborate on the relevant processes for analysis.  
  • With your agile mindset, high level of initiative and respectful dealings with colleagues, your key focus is on customer needs.  
  • You can develop automated routines or small applications yourself (e.g. in C#, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, PowerShell) and you have practical experience with REST API, SQL, Azure, firewall, DNS and web hosting (IIS/Apache). 
  • You combine your experience in creating Excel reports and using suitable tools for analysis based on various data sources with a high level of personal responsibility and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.  
  • You have a good spoken and written command of German and English, and good proficiency of French is an advantage.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 109'920 - 124'920 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
