ICT Fare Sales Service Manager

As ICT Fare Sales Service Manager, you are the key point of contact for innovative services, new features and tai-lored solutions. With your eye for the bigger picture, you identify potential for optimization and work with specialists to develop forward-looking ideas that drive the digital development of PostBus.
With you, we will press ahead with the digital future of PostBus and make innovative ICT services a reality.
How you make a difference
- You are responsible for PostBus ICT services and the key point of contact for your areas of responsibility. These include introducing new features and advising specialist departments on their choices between various solutions.
- You act as a “digital agent,” analysing existing ICT services, identifying potential for standardization or optimization and developing variants to initiate innovative solutions together with specialists.
- You contribute actively as part of an interdisciplinary team, giving you the opportunity to coordinate design and various in-house developments as your experience grows. Both your professional and personal development are very important to us.
- You also define, coordinate and implement SLAs. This includes the planning of one-off and recurring costs.
- The business analyses you prepare make you an ideal addition to the DevOps team.
- With your commitment, you make access to public transport easier for thousands of people every day.
What you have to offer
- You have a degree in IT or business informatics, or alternatively have completed training in a different field, supplemented by further training in IT.
- You have experience as an ICT service manager or business analyst.
- You are familiar with service-oriented architectures and the business aspects of IT.
- Any experience you may already have in the area of public transport is a plus.
- You have a strong understanding of customer needs and communication with specific target groups, as well as technical expertise – ideally complemented by experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, SAFe or DevOps.
- You have a good written and spoken command of German and good proficiency in English and French.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 99'600-114'600 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
