Your tasks
- Support and processing of assigned complaints
- Implementation and coordination of QVP / APQP tasks for R+D projects
- Support in the creation of DFMEA and PFMEA
- Visualization of deviations caused
- Implementation of training courses on Q-relevant topics
- Conducting audits at H+S locations and at suppliers abroad
- Coordination and participation in improvement projects
Your profile
- Technical background (bachelor or equivalent) and a very good understanding of complex products / systems
- At least 5 years of experience, from that 2 years in quality function
- experience to deal with customers and/or suppliers
- good knowledge of German and English
- self driven and committed to take ownership
- structured with a systematical approach to resolve challenges
- solution focused with know how in problem solving methods
- self organized and resilient
- open for international travelling (up to 10% p.a.)
