HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

The Human Resources Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team. The HR Coordinator will assist with a variety of HR tasks, including new employee onboarding, time and attendance, and HR compliance. This role also provides customer service and administrative support to the organization by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering, and directing calls.

Key Activities
• Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies, including employee onboarding, and performance management
• Handle HR-related inquiries and issues from employees and resolve them in a timely manner
• Maintain HR records and databases, including employee information, and payroll information.
• Assist Payroll Manager with time and attendance administration
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
• Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, greeting clients and visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain proper office supply and foodstuff volumes
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, including answering questions and providing information as needed
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
• Perform other HR-related and administrative duties as needed

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycor is a plus)
• Experience with data entry and basic office equipment
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus!
