What you move
As a "Fab Manager," you plan and coordinate production lots and R&D lots promptly and conflict-free
You lead the shop floor meetings and handle the daily new challenges
You take care of shift planning and the planning and execution of all relevant training
You improve efficiency and further develop production in the cleanroom in all facets

What you bring along
Technical vocational training in electronics, automation, or mechatronics
Team player with high self-motivation, excellent communication, and management skills
Leadership experience in industrial production, semiconductor, or electronics industry is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, experience with ERP and MES
