HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Executive Assistance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the EVP, managing correspondence (emails, letters, calls) and acting as an interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and maintain the EVP's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage expense reporting and approvals for the EVP
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for meetings, workshops, and major events
- Organize and follow up on executive meetings to ensure timely execution of action items
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all business matters
- Administer internal communication tools, including Q-meetings, intranet content, and information screens
- Represent the EVP in interactions with internal and external stakeholders when required
- Update and maintain organizational charts in case of structural changes
- Ensure proper data and document management, including shared drive structure
- Assist in onboarding new leadership members within the EVP's scope
- Review and approve time and vacation records for the EVP's direct management area
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- A degree in Business Administration, combined with several years of experience in a comparable role within an international corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, analytical approach that enables you to quickly grasp complex contexts
- High reliability, discretion, and a customer-oriented mindset – paired with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence in intercultural settings and the ability to navigate all hierarchical levels – communicating clearly, openly, and with commitment
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and digital tools such as Microsoft Teams
- A natural, engaging, and approachable personality that inspires others and builds trust
