Anti Financial Crime Officer (m/f/d) 50-60%
Generali Investments Switzerland a fund management and asset management company belonging to the Italian Generali Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Anti Financial Crime Officer (AFC) to strengthen our local AFC function and as deputy of the Compliance function. You will support the Head of Compliance and AFC in the second line of defense in implementing local and group requirements.

What to expect
- Ensure compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Conducting compliance monitoring, analysis, assessment and second level controls in the areas of AFC (AML/CTF/Sanctions/Bribery & Corruption)
- Advising and supporting senior management and employees on AFC issues and projects
- Assisting in the development of internal guidelines
- Participation in local and Group projects a.o. with a regulatory background
- Planning and conducting internal trainings
- Reporting to local and Group functions
The skills you'll bring
- Masters (University or university of applied sciences) degree in business administration, finance, banking, law or a related field
- Further training in the field of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) is an advantage, e.g. CAMS or other specialized certificates
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of AFC at a fund management company/Asset Manager or other financial institution
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, structured, and self-reliant way of working
- High self-motivation, commitment, and self-discipline
