What you move
With your expertise and experience, you will continuously develop and optimize our production processes
You will take technical responsibility for MEMS processing within part of our product portfolio
You will be a key driver for continuous improvement, yield optimization, and throughput enhancement
You will act as a central interface within MEMS Operations and across adjacent departments

What you bring along
A degree in microsystems engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or materials science
You are a team player with strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and leadership skills
Solid understanding of production topics, manufacturing and business processes (MES, ERP, databases)
Professional experience in a production-related environment, ideally within the semiconductor industry
