HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role collaborates with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service to optimize supply chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

KEY ACTIVITIES
• Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and issues with proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels in ERP systems.
• Analyze order trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with demand planning and procurement teams to align supply with customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management and supply chain processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations.
• Experience with international logistics and trade compliance.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written. German is a plus!
