HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

The Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining master production schedules and detailed weekly planning to ensure alignment of materials, labor, equipment, and timelines. This role manages work orders, production structures, and ERP/MRP systems while coordinating cross-functional activities to support efficient, on-time manufacturing operations.

Key Activities

• Develop, maintain, and update master production schedules and detailed weekly planning
• Coordinate production sequencing, assembly timelines, and capacity planning
• Create and maintain production structures, Bills of Resources (BORs), and MBGs
• Ensure alignment of materials, labor, and equipment with production requirements
• Release material requirements to Logistics and forecast materialization needs
• Monitor and resolve missing parts to prevent production delays
• Maintain and update ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Infor) to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Consolidate planning inputs from Production, Project Management, and Commissioning
• Communicate schedule impacts and updates to key stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute production schedules and reports for planning meetings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling, throughput, and efficiency
• Manage change processes and update assembly processes accordingly
• Maintain master data, technical structures, and sales order/delivery schedules
• Administer timekeeping systems (Calitime), including clocks and task tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations • Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materials
