What you move
Ensure full compliance with internal quality standards, customer expectations and industry regulations
Lead structured root cause analysis activities for internal and external non‑conformities across teams
Monitor and analyze production quality performance using statistical methods and key quality metrics
Implement, verify and sustain effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues

Close collaboration with production, engineering, supply chain and supplier quality departments daily
Involvement in NPI projects, supporting APQP, PFMEA and Control Plan activities from a quality view
Active participation in process, product and internal system audits to strengthen overall compliance

What you bring along
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related technical field of specialization
Solid knowledge of QMS standards and quality tools including FMEA, SPC, MSA and structured 8D
2-5 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment setting
Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and confident English proficiency
