  • Working closely with senior management and gain an understanding of the company's operations and strategic objectives

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Business Administration

THE PROGRAM

Within the 18-month trainee program you will work in different departments, countries and locations, developing your skills in the following areas:

  • Train Maintenance: Work hands-on as a maintenance employee and learn about the key components of our vehicles. Take on the role of a Deputy Location Manager and gain experience in managing a team.
  • Project Management: Learn all the tools used for project management and manage sub-projects as a Junior Commercial Project Leader.
  • Maintenance Support: Understand the life cycle calculation and maintenance software functionality. Supporting to set up new maintenance locations all over the world.

Additionally, we will provide you with training inputs into strategy, finance, leadership and so on at our headquarter in Bussnang, Switzerland.

It is important to note that the International Management Trainee position requires a significant amount of travel. This means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different markets and cultures, but it also means that you may be away from home for a longer period.
