HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Commissioning and technical support of ETCS system and signalling systems on rail vehicles
  • Providing customer support throughout the warranty and operational phases
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues using ETCS logs, JRU data, and vehicle diagnostic tools
  • Preparing technical reports, test records, and documentation
  • Delivering remote support and performing on-site technical interventions at customer locations
  • Planning and executing commissioning activities, system tests, and training sessions
  • Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams in both national and international environments

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Completed technical vocational training, for example as an Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or in a comparable field
  • Further education at Higher Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) level is an advantage
  • Initial professional experience in commissioning, service engineering, or the integration of technical systems within the railway industry
  • Knowledge of ETCS system, Train Control and Management Systems or railway signalling systems is an asset
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach, combined with a high level of commitment and flexibility
  • Enjoy working in a technically challenging and international environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% within Switzerland and across Europe
  • Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
