Your tasks
- Design and implement a DEI concept focused on inclusion, aligned with Belimo's strategic goals
- Serve as the primary contact for DEI topics, driving meaningful change and fostering open dialogue
- Monitor and report on the impact of DEI and culture measures, ensuring continuous improvement
- Develop and strengthen Belimo's Corporate Culture through innovative initiatives
- Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute culture initiatives that resonate with employees
- Lead existing culture initiatives like value workshops and "Leading with Values" programs
Your profile
- College degree in HR or Business Administration, with further education in HR or social studies
- Extensive experience in an international setting, preferably in an industrial context
- Demonstrated expertise and passionate commitment in leading DEI and culture projects, driving positive change
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute complex initiatives effectively
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German, additional languages are advantageous
