HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction or development projects from inception to completion. Working under the guidance of senior project managers, you will assist in managing budgets, timelines, contracts, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including clients, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Activities
• Support the senior team in any critical phase of a project such as critical customer interactions, events, contract modifications, legal analytics, procurement and supplier topics to support any supply chain issues (domestic and international), and cross-departmental collaboration
• Efficiently analyzing project relevant data (commercial or legal) to establish and implement improvements for the program
• Support taking meeting minutes and action items to ensure effective team coordination
• Support in preparing project status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
• Support in establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Support in facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Support in coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
• Support in identifying and developing new opportunities with customers
• Support in managing customer satisfaction and acceptance within project deliverables and transition period
• Support with customer communication in various forms and target audiences

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years proven experience with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Strong working knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability and experience to lead project teams of various sizes in matrix organization
• International project experience is a plus
• Budget management experience or P&L responsibility preferable
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking, skills, and excellent communication skills
• Legal or Contract experience
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
• Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written). German is a plus!
