  • Coordinate medical matters with physicians and external partners
  • Optimize capacity through efficient resource planning
  • Support sales activities and prepare customized offers
  • Handle cost coverage clarifications with insurance providers and agencies

Ihr Profil

Your Profile
  • Completed commercial or hospitality training with administrative experience
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for guest interaction
  • Willingness to work regularly on weekends and public holidays
  • Sales talent or a keen interest in developing sales skills
  • Charismatic personality with excellent communication skills
  • Interest in medical topics or experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
  • Background in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
