The position is limited to 2 years with possibility of extension (start is October 2025 at the latest).

Your position

  • Develop and optimize spatial omics technologies (e.g., in situ sequencing, multiplex immunostaining, and spatial transcriptomics).
  • Lead interdisciplinary collaborations, providing expertise in antibody bioconjugation, tissue handling (FFPE and fresh-frozen), and histology.
  • Supervise and train students, postdocs, and technical staff in advanced microscopy, spatial omics protocols, and data analysis.
  • Actively manage and execute multiple research projects, including design, cost optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with external collaborators and funding agencies for technology development and project dissemination.
  • Contribute to teaching and outreach, including participation in international courses and workshops.
