Your job

Design, implement, and manage applications in the energy sector, with focus on trading and scheduling tools
Partner with trading department to understand business needs and challenges, and propose innovative solutions leveraging your technical expertise
Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure seamless application operations and smooth integration with existing systems
Perform testing, debugging, and maintenance of applications to ensure quality and reliability
Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively addressing issues and inefficiencies.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Capacity to work in a structured way within a complex and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team
Proven experience (university or up to 5 years of professional experience) in programming languages; C# and Python are required
Excellent skills in database management, knowledge of MS SQL is a strong plus
Basic knowledge of Energy Markets (or Financial Markets) and trading applications is considered an advantage
Familiarity with system design (Windows Server operating system, Application servers, networks, security)
Fluency in Italian and English is required, German constitutes a preferential qualification
