The Working Student GTR/DIS Supply Chain role is a 40% position within our Shared Services team in Kilchberg, Switzerland.
In our global organization, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams on supply chain-related topics, supporting projects to achieve operational improvements and meet the strategic objectives of the GTR and DIS business units.
You will enjoy a high level of conceptual autonomy and take end-to-end responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you. You will proactively drive your work streams and coordinate with both internal stakeholders and external partners, such as customers and service providers.
You will add value to the team by independently managing and proactively improving processes while identifying challenges and opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency beyond your immediate scope of work.
Re-designing and overseeing the Supply Chain claims-management process 2.0 for both GTR and DIS. Including but not limited to:
Assuming the central role in the claims management operation by overseeing the newly rolled out process. Activities encompass:
Support in one-off as well as recurring analytical tasks around financial, logistical and PMO data, including but not limited to:

Re-designing and overseeing the Supply Chain claims-management process 2.0 for both GTR and DIS. Including but not limited to:
- Mapping the existing process end-to-end
- Identifying weaknesses and shortcoming in the current process and designing an improved process flow
- Documenting and rolling out the new process with all involved stakeholders
Assuming the central role in the claims management operation by overseeing the newly rolled out process. Activities encompass:
- Careful and comprehensive recording of claims using Lindt CRM Tool
- Processing the claims in direct exchange with customers, Lindt internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Analyzing the claims to identify trends & levers to reduce future claims as well as further improvements to make the process more efficient while improving customer satisfaction
Support in one-off as well as recurring analytical tasks around financial, logistical and PMO data, including but not limited to:
- Tracking, analyzing and communicating inter-month revenue movements to management
- Monitoring potential future warehousing bottlenecks based on most recent volume projections and identifying possible mitigation levers to cushion volume spikes
- Collect inputs and updates from all major project leaders across GTR and DIS and populate the project management tool, always ensuring for an up-to-date and complete overview for management
- Lindt internal research and data collection for projects and initiatives like non-financial reporting, sustainability or various regulatory and compliance topics

Required:
Not required, but a plus:
- Completion of at least 1 semester in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or any related discipline
- Business fluency in English
- Professional communication skills – conversation, presentation, writing, reporting
- Quick grasp, ability to implement feedback, sound analytical- & problem-solving skills
- Strong IT skills (MS Office) and data affinity
- High reliability and strong work ethics
- Entrepreneurial spirit, “can-do-attitude”, hands-on and pro-active nature
- Open-mindedness, high curiosity
Not required, but a plus:
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
- A completed apprenticeship in a commercial (e.g., business administration, sales, marketing, finance, insurance, logistics) or technical (e.g., IT, robotics, engineering, supply chain) field
- First work experience in commercial or technical jobs
- Business fluency in German
- A grain of humor
