Marketing Manager – Financial Services

In this role you are responsible for setting the right go-to-market strategies with Financial Services Marketing. You are able to drive a process where the right topics are identified with relevant stakeholders and then translated into actions.

Your contribution to KPMG

  • Defining and constantly developing the go-to-market plans of the services lines within Financial Services
  • Ensuring that the right priorities are set and translated into marketing plans, including the use of the appropriate communication channels
  • Making sure that the marketing plan is implemented and success is measured
  • Planning and implementing service-oriented offers, solutions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing specialists.
  • Developing and creating publications such as studies, factsheets, whitepapers and newsletters (with the support of a Marketing Consultant and agencies)
  • Organizing client events such as networking events, business events or panel discussions
  • Incorporating digital channels and the latest marketing techniques into KPMG's marketing strategy and create social media campaigns (organic and paid)
  • Managing and generating knowledge about new trends, technologies and channels within KPMG's networks, leveraging these to amplify our message
  • Closely collaborating with relevant service line leaders, the FS Markets team, media relations and other marketing teams
  • Role of People Manager for a FS Marketing Consultant

This is what makes you successful

  • Degree level education
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, i.e. marketing or communication in a B2B environment
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management are a must
  • Self-driven, energetic personality who can make an impact
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment which is still under development
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Team leadership experience
  • Ability and willingness to deal with complex products and services
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is a must have
  • German native speaker with fluency in English, other languages are beneficial.
