With over 12,000 students and 5,000 scientists across seven faculties, it spans disciplines from the humanities and social sciences to the natural sciences. sciCORE, the University's Center for Scientific Computing, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM), Communication and Technical Documentation Specialist to drive and support change initiatives across the organization. Reporting jointly to the Associate Directors of IT Operations and Data Management & Services, this position plays a crucial role in research support at the university, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and services by faculty and researchers. The ideal candidate will develop and execute change management strategies, craft clear and engaging communications, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and lead outreach efforts to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Additionally, this role will help coordinate a university-wide project on the implementation of new data classification standards for research data.
