What you move
Supporting customers and assisting key account managers in Switzerland
Maintaining forecasts, sales statistics, and POS data, as well as managing quality issues
Providing first-level technical support for our customers
Quotation and order management, including creating and following up on offers; confirming orders

What you bring along
Commercial vocational training & experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international company
Proactive and clear communication skills as well as indepedent and structured way of working
Confident use of Excel, SAP and Salesforce; good understanding for sales processes
Very good English language, German is a plus; Willingness to visit HQ in Switzerland occasionally
