HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

As an Electrical Engineer Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the design, integration, and optimization of electrical systems and schematics with the production environment. You will collaborate closely with electrical production engineers design engineers and assemblers to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and efficient of electrical components and systems.

Key Activities
• Support the development and integration of electrical enclosures, cabinets, cable ducts, and wire harnesses.
• Assist in creating and updating electrical schematics and function overviews using E-CAD tools.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure electrical systems are production-friendly and meet project requirements.
• Prepare and optimize production documentation including wiring diagrams, terminal diagrams, parts lists, and work instructions.
• Participate in change management processes and ensure accurate documentation updates.
• Work within PLM and ERP systems (e.g. SmarTeam, Teamcenter) to manage engineering data and workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineering, fire protection, and quality assurance.
• Support prototype and pilot production phases for new projects and engineering changes.
• Promote LEAN manufacturing principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience in production engineering or a related field (electrical field preferred)
• Familiarity with electrical schematic software (e.g., E3, Ruplan)
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Catia V5, SolidWorks, NX)
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., SmarTeam, Teamcenter)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); German is a plus
