- Coordinate and administer internal strategic projects in the responsibility of the COO with regards to overall planning, time management, scope management, financial management etc.
- Support the project managers and the entire project team with project management skills and PMO expertise
- Monitor project reporting and assist project team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders and prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership
- Plan, prepare and support decision meeting and document meeting results
- Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
- Manage and compile project related financial and KPI information
- Define and align project management, governance and PMO standards and establish these frameworks for program and project management for all COO strategic projects
- Support the Organizational Change Management stream with your expertise

- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of project management and as a strategic or operational PMO
- Experience to coordinate and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Existing skills in designing and conducting workshops
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with all levels of hierarchy
- Very structured and organized way of working with an intrinsic motivation to get things done
- Experience in using Azure DevOps as an agile tool and first experience in Organizational Change Management are a plus
- Proficient German and English skills
